We are afraid that due to the value of our products, our delivery partners are unable to leave your order in a safe place. There must be someone available at the delivery address to sign for the goods, as our delivery partners will not leave items without capturing a signature.
We do this to protect you as our customer!
If your delivery slot has been confirmed and you are unable to be present to sign for your order, the best thing to do is to make an arrangement with a neighbour/relative to receive the order on your behalf.
In addition, if you contact us before shipping, we will also be able to change the delivery address if you wish.
If your order has already been dispatched, in order to avoid any return of the order and possible additional costs for re-delivery, we advise you to contact the carrier directly.
