Due to the current restrictions, our warehouse does not allow customers on their premises, therefore the return must be booked and processed by a delivery company of your choice or we may book a collection for you with the help of our carrier partners.
In any case, please keep in mind that your returned item must be presented in its original packaging for it to be considered eligible for return.
