I want to return my order but I don't have the original packaging anymore

You can return your item within 14 days of delivery, however your item must be presented in its original packaging. 

Keep hold of your boxes!!

Due to resources and to reduce our impact on the environment, we are unable to provide replacement boxes if you have disposed of yours. Your item will therefore unfortunately be ineligible for return if you no longer have the original packaging.

The best thing to do is to at least hold onto your boxes for 14 days until your eligible returns period has expired.
