I want to exchange my order

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange a product for another.

However, if you have changed your mind, we can arrange the return of the product. 

From the date of receipt of your order, you have up to 14 days to return it, but it must be in brand new, unused condition, with all parts present and in its original packaging.

It is really important that you keep hold of the original packaging until the 14 days have expired as your order will not be eligible for return unless in its original boxes.

Please note this will be subject to a 20% or £20.00 collection charge which will be deducted from your total refund.
