Can I collect my order from a pick-up point?

Only some of our smaller products are eligible for delivery at a pick-up point, local depot or Post Office.

The carrier is obliged to deliver the parcel at the place of residence in the first instance.

If you are absent, the parcel can be delivered to the nearest pick-up point to the delivery address, so that you can collect it easily.

The carrier will inform you of the address of the pick-up point.
