We encourage you to check the tracking to see if the other packages are still on their way. If this is the case, please sit tight, the rest of your order should be with you soon!
Don't worry, it is normal for deliveries of more than one box to occasionally be separated whilst in transit, and some parcels arrive more quickly than others.
For certain carriers, the delivery driver will not know how many boxes you are expecting. So, as soon as a parcel arrives at the depot, it is automatically delivered the next morning.
If your order is made up of more than one product, it is also possible that your delivery will be made in parts by different carriers. Where possible, we try and ensure that the complete product is delivered all together, however this is not always possible as the stock may be coming from a different fulfilment warehouse.
Good to know: Trampolines are delivered in 2, 3 or 4 boxes, it is possible that you will receive the packages in batches.
I have received all my parcels but the product is incomplete, what should I do?
First of all, we encourage you to check the contents of the packages with the help of the instructions.
It seems very simple but in most cases, the screws have slipped into the cracks of the sofa, two cushions are stuck together or a leg may be stuck at the bottom of the box.
