If your order has not been dispatched yet, we can usually help change your order. :)
Please make sure to contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Please note: A written confirmation is required in order to carry out the changes.

If the order has been dispatched, it is unfortunately too late to modify your order and you would need to place a new order.

We can arrange a collection for the wrong item, with the collection costs deducted from the total refund. It is important that the returned item is in its original packaging, otherwise a further deduction from your refund will apply.

Please note that the cost of return will be 10% of the value of your order, or a minimum charge of £10.00. This will be deducted from your refund.
