Our advice:
Check the filters frequently
Don't forget to inspect the filter cartridge after each use.
Our advice: white vinegar is great for cleaning your filter. How do you do this? Fill a basin or washing up bowl with water and add 2 to 3 cups of vinegar. Put the filter in the mixture and leave it to soak. Rinse afterwards with clean water. For optimum maintenance, clean the filter at least once a week and change the filter cartridge after 150 hours of hot tub use. We recommend using the original filters sold on our site, for enhanced quality and longevity.
Disinfection
This is important to maintain the water balance and maximise the spa's life. You can choose between chlorine, bromine or active oxygen. The secret is to leave the air jets running so that the chemical treatment can pass through the pipes.
Be careful, never mix chemicals! If you have used a chlorine-based product, you will have to empty the spa completely before using a bromine-based product (and vice versa). You don't want to be heavy-handed with the chemicals. This is not good for the spa or your skin. The most important thing is to follow the manufacturer's instructions on the product.
Keep an eye on the pH
A good pH level is essential for spa maintenance. It should be maintained between 7.2 and 7.8. A low pH will damage the tank and the pump. A high pH may irritate your skin and eyes and also will reduce the effect of chemical cleaning treatments. Check the pH once a week using small test strips. All you have to do is adjust the pH according to the results.
Cleaning the pool
Every 3 months, roll up your sleeves for a deep clean. Use a soft sponge with soap and scrub! Rinse well before filling with clean water. Don't hesitate to clean the pool as soon as the water becomes cloudy, even after using chemicals.
Remember to take a short shower to freshen up before getting into the spa and avoid using creams or sun products before bathing.
How do I repair small punctures?
Is your spa's lining damaged? No problem, you can repair it yourself. You don't have to be great at DIY, it's easy.
Clean and dry the area to be repaired. Put PVC glue (the type used to connect PVC pipes) onto the repair patch that came with your spa. Quickly apply the patch to the damaged area. Smooth to remove air bubbles and allow to dry for 5-10 minutes. Your spa will be as good as new!
How do I clean my hot tub?
Keeping the surface and water of a hot tub clean is a simple task.
Step 1:Wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth or sponge.
Step 2:Enjoy!
An O3 OZONE GENERATOR can be a great addition to any hot tub. They are incredibly useful to kill bacteria as well as Giardia, Cryptosporidium, parasites, fungi, moulds and other viruses and microbes. It is 50 times more effective than chlorine, and the effects of its action are visible 3,000 times faster.
External ozone generators can be purchased from MSpa dealers.
The filters in my spa are black

My Spa does not heat anymore
- Check that the water level is between the MIN and MAX lines.
- Check that the floor is flat (a slight slope can result in an E1 code).
- Remove and clean the filter. Change the filter after every 150 hours usage.
The filter cleaning video can be found HERE
- Remove the suction and discharge nozzles, unscrew them and clean the inside of the nozzle.

- Do a test without the paper filter for 24 hours. If the pump works, your filter is clogged, you must change it.
Please unscrew your two nozzles by about two turns (be careful to put a cloth under the motor block) and run the filtration for a few seconds to remove the air in the circuit.
If despite these tests it still does not work, the after sales service of your spa is organised by MSPA.

"My spa is leaking"
The leak is probably caused by a loose filter base.
You can tighten this part (see picture below) and normally the leak will disappear.
If this doesn't work, you can check all the seams and the whole spa with soapy water to eliminate the risk of a hole in the pool.

- Check that the pressure gauge is disconnected from the pool.
- Check that the inflation valve is closed.
